This page explains, in plain terms, what Gold IPTV holds about you, why it is held and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the IPTV subscription reached through it, which together we call the Service. Using the Service means accepting what is described here.
1. What We Hold
Information you give us
Ordering, requesting the trial or writing to support puts a small amount of information in our hands:
- a name and an email address, so a login can be issued and support can find your account;
- a phone or WhatsApp number, only if you choose to add one;
- payment details, which are entered with our payment provider and settle there — card numbers do not reach our servers;
- whatever you write in a support message.
You are never obliged to provide any of it, but a subscription cannot be delivered without somewhere to deliver it.
Information the server records by itself
Ordinary web traffic leaves ordinary traces, and ours are no exception:
- the IP address a request comes from and the region it implies;
- browser and operating system, which is how we learn a layout is broken on one platform and not another;
- which pages were opened, how long for, and which site sent you here;
- device type and screen size.
This arrives through cookies, standard server logs and comparable mechanisms.
2. What We Use It For
- running the Service and keeping your subscription active;
- taking payment and handling the order;
- answering support requests and diagnosing faults;
- sending account and service notices you need to receive;
- sending offers, which you can decline at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us;
- spotting fraud, abuse and security problems;
- understanding in aggregate which pages are useful and which are not;
- meeting obligations the law places on us.
3. Who Else Sees It
Your details are not for sale and we do not trade them. There are three narrow situations in which they leave our systems.
Suppliers who do part of the work
Payment processing, email delivery and analytics are handled by specialist providers. They receive only what their particular job requires and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
Legal obligation
A court order, a subpoena or an equivalent lawful demand will be complied with, as will disclosure genuinely necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
If the business changes hands
In a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, customer records would transfer with the rest of the business. You would be told before your information became subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files the site leaves on your device. Ours remember your preferences, hold a session open so you are not signing in repeatedly, and tell us in aggregate which pages people actually read.
Every browser can refuse or delete them and its own help pages explain how. Switching off the functional ones will break parts of the site; that is a consequence of the setting rather than a fault.
5. Keeping It Safe
We apply sensible technical and organisational safeguards — encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and periodic review of both.
We will not claim this is absolute. Nothing carrying data across the public internet is perfectly secure, and any company saying otherwise is overselling. We use accepted industry means; we do not guarantee the impossible.
6. What You Can Ask For
Where you live decides which of these you can insist on, but we apply them to anyone who asks:
- A copy of what we hold about you.
- A correction where something is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- An end to marketing, without affecting service messages you need.
- Portability — your data in a structured, machine-readable form.

7. Links Off This Site
Some pages link to sites we do not run — device manufacturers' own setup guides, for instance. Follow one and you are under their privacy policy, not ours, with no say from us in how they behave. Worth a glance at their terms before handing anything over.
8. Age
The Service is sold to adults and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor's details have reached us regardless, tell us and we will remove them.
9. Changes
This policy will change when our practices, our obligations or the law change. Significant revisions update the effective date at the top of the page, and we may email account holders as well. Continuing to use the Service after a change means accepting the current version.
