These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Gold IPTV. They cover this website and the IPTV subscription reached through it, which together we call the Service, and they set out what a subscription entitles you to, how it may be used, and when it can be withdrawn.
Opening an account, buying a plan or simply using the Service counts as accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy alongside them. If any of it does not suit you, the remedy is not to use the Service.
1. Who May Subscribe
The Service is sold to adults: you must be 18 or over. Using it is your confirmation that you meet that threshold and can enter an agreement of this kind. Buying on behalf of an organisation is your confirmation that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your Account
Holding an account commits you to a short list of things:
- give accurate details, and correct them when they change;
- keep your login to yourself — sharing it beyond your connection count is the one breach we see most;
- tell us at help@goldiptvs.net if you think someone else has it.
Anything done under your login is treated as done by you, which is the practical reason for the second point. Accounts opened on false information can be suspended or closed.
3. Plans, Payment and Renewal
How subscriptions are sold
Gold IPTV sells fixed terms — one, three, six or twelve months — as listed on the Pricing page. Each term is paid once, in advance. There is no rolling contract and no card kept on file, so nothing renews by itself; continuing past the end of a term means placing a new order. Equally, there is nothing to cancel: an unrenewed subscription simply lapses.
Price changes
Prices can change. A change never touches a term you have already paid for — it applies only to orders placed after it takes effect.
The free trial
New users are generally offered a 24-hour trial. It costs nothing and needs no payment card, which again means there is nothing to cancel when it ends. We may change or withdraw the offer at any time, and may decline to issue a second trial to the same household.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which sets out the 30-day window and the situations falling outside it. Not every request qualifies; that page is worth reading before you order.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the Service lawfully and within these Terms. Specifically, do not:
- use it in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- share credentials beyond the connections your plan covers;
- reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any part of it;
- point bots, scrapers or automated tools at it;
- transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing material through it;
- disrupt its performance or the infrastructure behind it;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute access without our written agreement.
5. Anything You Submit
Where the Service lets you post something — a review, a message, an attachment — it remains your responsibility. Submitting it grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display it in connection with running the Service, and is your assurance that it infringes nobody's copyright, privacy or other rights.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The Service — its content, design, software, trademarks and underlying technology — belongs to Gold IPTV and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
What you receive is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service personally and non-commercially. It does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, selling or building derivative works from any part of it.
7. Suspension and Termination
Access can be suspended or withdrawn, with or without notice, where we have reason to believe you have:
- acted fraudulently, abusively or unlawfully;
- given false account information;
- breached the acceptable-use section above.
Closure does not by itself create a right to a refund; the Refund Policy governs that. Clauses which by their nature should outlast the agreement — intellectual property, liability, governing law — continue to apply afterwards.
8. Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In plainer terms: we do not promise the Service will run uninterrupted or fault-free, nor that everything reachable through it is accurate and complete. Delivery depends on your broadband and on upstream broadcasters, and neither is ours to guarantee.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLD IPTV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This applies whether or not such damages were foreseeable and whether or not we were told they were possible. Some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it arose.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes arising under them fall to the courts of that state.
11. Changes
These Terms can change. Material revisions are posted here and we may notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means accepting the current version.
